Same problem after warranty repair 3 times

My blackberry mobile 8520 curve is repaired 3times under warranty for repairing mobile ear phone, but now same problem is again rise, Actually if u repaired under warranty and then again same problem is rise so that solution is not repaired further its exchaned with newone.
