Consignment was not deleverd on time

This is to lodge the case against Blazeflash Curier Ltd-Mobile-9431012169 (Patna) that my consignment was booked from Motihari (Bihar) Dated-14/05 Consignment No-239840143, web address-www.blazeflash.com, booked by Hot Line Abhisek-9204860092.(Motihari) to me-Sujit Kumar Bajaj Capital Ltd.4 Jatin Bagchi Road 1st Floor, Kolkata-700029.In the consignment their is very esential medical claim document, which i have to submit for geting claim from my company within sort period of time, after discharge of my wife from motihari Hospital which was booked by this curier company to get deliverd within four or five dayes. If its not coming by tomorow dated 20/05 we will be in lose of around Rs.10000/- which we will have to get from my company in kolkata.

After contacting this curier company Baranch, kolkata Address- P538 Raja Basant Roy Road Kolkata-29, they have told me you consignment is not showing please help me, and when i am trying to call Mr Abhisek who had booked they are not responsing properly they are chiting people in local area of Motihari
