Unwanted calls

I have a BPL loop mobile number 9870053769 and for the last one year I am facing and getting frustrated because of the unwanted calls from BPL (around 8 numbers) probably from the customer services.

When i attend the calls, I listen to some music or advertisements on promotions etc and i have been debited from my charge. The calls have gone to such extend that I get calls in the middle of the night or early mornings.

I am a senior professional and this is creating a lot of problems for me.

I wish to take up this at this level or else, i will be forced to approach the consumer court for this stuppid unwanted calls
