Defect in tyres n sold old tyres

I buy four tyres from your dealership Wheel Care in Jalndhar. Make:- Potenza G III (205/60R14 89H) for my ford fiesta on 16-03

Invoice No.7 in the name of M/S Bee Dee Traders. @ the cost of Rs. 4200.00 Each. I just driven max 100 kms after fitting the new tyres. Today on 23-03 when i wish to go to office i check my rear co-driver side tyre was puncher when i checked the tyre i saw a cut on side of the tyre. Im really shocked when i go to your dealership wheel care his response was very bad (As always like people service after sale) I told him to change my tyre bcoz its in guarantee period as well as Hardly 4-5 days to buy.but he denied and told me u have to purchase a new one.

So i requested to solve my problem as soon as possible

If u are unable to solve my problem then i have do my second step to go in media and consumer cell also

I also want to change all my four tyres Bcoz he sold me One tyre Made in India Of Mfg June & other three Made in Japan Mfg Dt June. I just want all four tyres made in India & Mfg Dt was 2010
