I am not able to know the usage details in bsn broadband

Respected sir/ madam

i can log into my bsnl portal id but after that when i tried to check my usage details, many other links comes and when i click on that link again they are asking me to enter userid and password but when i did that it says wronf username or password. i am requesting you that please take necessary action against this type of delemma.
