Poor service and no responce of complaint

I G.ROSAIAH CHOWDARY... i buy a rc card but it not recharging... i contact costemar care but there is no responce... from executers..and i activated caller tone but it not activated last 4 months... i contactin there costemer care there is not solve my problem... plz help me sir... my no is 8985562290
