Subhiksha
False promises of holiday voucher!

I had purchased a Motorola mobile phone from Subhiksha Mobile Shop-Wakola, Mumbai. During that period, a scheme of holiday voucher on purchase of any Mobile was prevalent. On demanding it after making payment for the mobile phone, I was told that the voucher is out of stock and I would be given the same after a day or two.

Inspite of repeated phone calls and visits, I have not been given the voucher as yet. Speaking to the head of Subhiksha Store, Wakola branch from where I had purchased the mobile also yielded no results.

The store people have stopped taking my calls or give vague replies if answered. The salesman's name is Mr Sandeep and the head is Mr Vinayak.
