Poor Quality of Incense Sticks

Sir, I had purchased some packets of Adore Lavendar Sandal Incense Sticks in September. After lighting these sticks the same get extinguished immediately after lighting it. The matter was reported to the company on mobile number 9810000704 and I was advised to SMS my residential address which was done.
