Issue of New Ration card

My old ration card number was 01/G/0654009, Issued by the civil supplies and consumer protection

department, at Thiagaraya Nagar, Chennai. The for of application for reweal was submitted to the above

office on 18/5, I have made many visits to the above office to know the status of my new ration card

and was told someone from the department will be coming to verify if I am living in the same address given

in the form, But till date no one has turned up, as a result we are not able to move out of our house even for important family functions, fearing during such period they would come for verification, ould your please take us the matter with the concerned and let us know the position to my mobile 9176848596 or 04423766291,
