Non supply of gas refill

My consumer no. is 16364 in the name of subhash chand # 388/38A chandigarh. I booked my gas refill with Indane dealer City Gas Sector 37 probably on 21st Feb again rebooked on 28th Feb, again on 5th March and again on 12th March on confirmation I was told the delivery man went to deliver but you were not avasilable at home. Infact we are regularly enquiring from the delivery boy, every time he tells there is no supply for you. Hardly the dealer's telephone is available, if available the dealing person without listening the facts put the receiver off and disconnect the phone. What to do.? We are fed up with this kind of attitude of this dealer/his staff. We are facing acute shortage of gas is this last cylinder is having gas for 1or 2 days.

Is any body listening/acting on behalf of us to teach lesson to this dealer to be careful in future.
