Cheating by Colorplus Store, Atria Mall worli

I had purchased 2 trousers at Color Plus store, Atria mall on 8th Oct'11.These were given for alteration. When i reached today ie 13th Oct'11 along with the receipt the staff could not find the trousers. The store person noted my address on the bill and assured to send the trousers. I was shocked to receive a call from one Mr Irfan that the trosers were not at the store and he said that i had taken the trousers and claiming falsely for the same.
