ONIDA OVEN WITH CONVECTION
POOR QUALITY PCB

I have purchased Onida Oven with convection, model Black Beauty PC 21, Model No. MO21CJS15S IN February. The PCB (Start buttons / operations electronic board) failed within wartranty period. The company has replaced the piece. The same problem with new piece within one year span, the company has changed its PCB on 16.12.2010 gainst payment of Rs.1200/- for PCB plus service charges Rs.360/-. Now after after 10 months again the PCB is failed to work. The complaint is recurring. The reply from the Call Centre is to replace the PCB against payment of Rs.150/- for visit fees, Rs.300/-400/- for service charges and spare parts charges as applicable.

It means we have saved the electricity by using the product and the total savings to be paid to the company for its parts replacement.

WAH RE ONIDA???
