Manufacturing Defect in the Machne

Pl. refer my earlier mail and also a letter dt. 24.3.08 addressed to MD of your Company to which no reply has been received. However your Service Engineer visited my house on 8.5.08 and he advised that the Wash Tube should be filled full and only 6-7 cloths should be put for cleaning. I do not understand that machine is of 7 Kg capacity then why cloth approx. 2-3 kgs should be put for washing. I still maintain that the Machine has manufacturing defect since beginning and this needs to be replaced.

I am surprised that even after sending a letter to the top Executive of the Company i.e. MD, no suitable action has been taken nor any reply received. Please note that in case the Machine is not replaced with a reasonable time, I will be forced to go to Consumer Court.
