Complaint reguarding voltas split ac
Not providing service even just a week aftter buying ac

Hi,

i buy a aircondition last year july month, its swing stops working jus a week later..i placed complaint last august the first time, bt ur local customer service center wasnt provide any service, a place it again n agai, n the process of complaining from my side still going on, i had placed a number of complaints at ur service centre at amritsar punjab, they already took seven months bt didnt provide service now they changeling says that i can complain anywhere reguarding them, they will not going to provide service,

now at last after continue complaining from last seven months m contacting u, plz help me so that i really feel that u provide service to ur customers..
