For wrong deduction of balance

Dear Sir / Mam

I have been tie with relaiance with last 3 years.

but from last 2 month i'm suffering from relaince services.

from very previous month my Rs.20 balance deducted. i called to customer care, they told me u have activeted a love guru scheme. but after a long discussion they are agreed that i had no send any message for activation of love guru and the send back my Rs.20 balance back.

This will hapen again with me and again they gave my balance back.

But now today without sending any message to toll free number. they deducted my balance and they are not going to agree with me

so, i just wanted to know that Will this matter repeat again or resolved.
