Non-Delivery of Product even after 52 Days from date of Ordering the product

I have ordered a product on 13th of December from Dealsandyou but I haven't received it till yet. Its been over 50 Days since I have ordered a product. Only once they told me and that too after promised delivery time of 21 days that product is out of stock with the vendor currently and it will be shipped to you in another 7-10 Days time. After then also company's representatives dint have any clue regarding product shipping or its current status. They are running away from their duties regarding informing the customer about the product status & delivery

They are a bunch of incompetent people who adhere to nonsense supply chain procedures where they can't even able to call Vendor about product status and ultimately inform the customer.

Every time I have called for inquiry they have asked for 48 Hrs lifeline time for resolving the matter but nobody came back to me in a promised time period.

They have no regard or value of the customer, even their representatives hung up their phones at times in between the call.

It seems they only deliver Cash on Delivery Products on time as they have to collect money from customer after delivery.

Its high time concerned authorities should look into this matter, make stringent laws for companies operating in the concerned domain & if possible cancel the licenses of such defaulter companies like Dealsandyou.
