Decan Charger Pemear membership Kit & Other Document Not Sent

Dear Sir,

I have applied a for Premium Member of DeccanChargers on Feb 8.After successfull registration with Rs 349.00 (INR), i got an Membership ID is: AS01894.But as per the Offer A Membership Card & free mini Autograph bat with other gift to be sent to my Home Address early. But it is more than a month over they are sending nothing to my address. I send them lot of mail but after a month they replied only one time, that they will send it soon.

I ask them to send the tracking number that has been assigned to my recent shipment and asking there PhoneNumber or Contact details. They doesnot replied so.

I would be very much oblized if you kindly do some needfull for this.
