Sewage water in taps

In ASHOK VIHAR KD block phase 1, we are getting black colour dirty smeall water (sewage water) supply at homes .. No one is picking phones in delhi jal board office .. we are buying drinking water from market but water is not suitable even for washing hands or cleaning utencils .. it is litterally, GUTTER KA PANI ..Please help us . kids may fall ill using this water.
