No bill even on asking

Respected Sir/Madam

i want to submit a complaint against J.P.Medicose, Sec-7 market, Rohini, Delhi.

The shopkeeper is charging M.R.P.for all medicines and refuse to give a bill even on asking.

He just give a brown slip with total amount the customer have to pay.

kindly look into the matter as sometimes we have to reimburse some medicines for old retired persons but he doesn't provide bill then we have to search for a distant shop which is tough for my old parents.
