Disconnection of water supply

Water connection number-R-55773 application have been given on 3rd Aug but still no one has come to disconnect my water supply.they are sending bills without checking that we are not using this water supply from so long. Address-Rzf-754/2b Raj Nagar-II Palam Colony New Delhi 110045.

Pls. disconnect my water supply as soon as possible.
