Not get any response from customer care

Hello Sir,

My self Rahul Shrikant Pandare (Mumbai-Dahisar) and i have dishtv (vc no. 01501261199) connection from last 5 years. Now the setup box of that dishtv is not working properly, so i called customer care to change my setup box. Five times i called there customer care no . everyone says me we ll send u anyone tomorrow, and nobody comes yet,
