Availability of spares and exchange of vehicle

I purchsed kinetic nova dlx in the year 2004 and now it is giving trouble freequently. It has starting trouble. Changed the parts of self start. But it is not working properly and It is a big trouble to me get started with cick start. No show room or work shop at West Godavari and East Godavari districts of Andhra Pradesh State. Where I can get the spares and is there any facility to exchange my vehicle with another kinetic nova.
