Refund my failure recharge

I have recharged my dist tv RS 250 bearing v.c number 01512079228 but recharge was failed however RS 250 has been deducted .i communicated the Dishtv representative service and they informed me that they dont have records for this transaction and i gave them complete details about the transaction but still they acting like scapegoat and not refunding my money it has been 6 days so far we are fighting on this transaction so i hope i would get a solution
