Excess Payment Not refund

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased item from D-mart, Kopar Kharaine, Navi Mumbai on 5th May.

They made Excess Payment of Rs.300/-Make complain on 6th. I got call from Dmart they told excess payment refund in next 2 days. But till date they not making any refund. Continue follow up they do not give any respond when payment is refund. Every time they committed 2-3 days time.
