My COMPLAINT IS AGAINST Mr. N.S Kohli of U&I Services 25/8, Basement Old Rajinder Nagar Mkt. New Delhi 1100060 who is a DTDC channel partner. His behavoiur is of the most immoral nature as he as failed to deliver a an important courier to its destination. Also he promised me a day before the courier was assigned for delivery (22 nd May) that it will be delivered to the desired location but failed to do so and now claiming that he is ignorant of the matter.
