Delivered Courier to a wrong address

They got a very bad service..they have delivered my courier to a wrong address and now when i am showing concerned where the courier is delivered they are fooling around and taking no actions against my complaint.its been 2 weeks now bt they dont know where the courier is? The courier and important documents of mine is lost. How can we relie on their service?
