Shift till date not received to consignee

Hi

My self Vinal Mehra I booked one pack product for my relative by DTDC courier service at Pimpri (Pune) On dated 19/04 monday for AKOLA, Having docket no P12475323 but till date said consignment not received by consignee (my relatives) I also checked the status online with DTDC which is still showing that the consignment is in transist.

Hence no one given proper response from concern branch (DTDC), I have contact to all concern branches i.e. Pimpri (Pune), Nagpur, Akola.
