Regarding service

We have one Electolux microwave (Electrolux: EM22EC80SS). Which was not working from last 1 and half months. We called to service centre. They came and said that some component has damaged and it should be replace. That time they do not have that componet. But they commit that the component will come within few days. But unfortunately the component still not arrived. And now they are saying that it may take 1 year also. My microwave is not working for last 1.5 months and I dont know when it will work, also dont know to whon should I contact. Please help.
