With this letter I wish to register my complaint against Eureka Forbes Limited for showing completely negligent attitude towards fixing the problem in the RO system Water purifier which I purchased last year on 30.09.2009. The warranty period is for two years which includes periodical servicing/maintenance and replacement of faulty parts, if any.
After my repeated complaints, they sent their service engineer at my residence on 30.10.2010 who said that filters need replacement as it has completed one year. When I agreed for the same, the gentleman replaced the same and charges Rs. 1100.0 for the same. So far so good. But the filter stopped working completely after the Engineer left. The same was informed to the service centre. After 5 days another gentleman was sent, who on inspection discovered that its adapter/adopter is not working and needs replacement. When I said to do it he showed his inability to do it as new adapter is not available. Now I need your intervention to kindly instruct the person concerned to do the needful or else suggest me what other action can be taken in this regard. The warranty of the product is upto 30.09.2011.
