M/s. Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd issued me gift vouchers of e-zone. Voucher nos. 19020000000462 16/17 of Rs. 1000 each, issue date 22.10.2010 and valid for 6 months.
I visited e-zone at Raghuleela Mall, Vashi yesterday 31.10.2010. I was told that these vouchers are not accepted at Vashi and I have to visit e-zones at other places like chembur/ Kandivali.
Dis-honor of these gift vouchers totally overshadowed our enthuziasm for the shopping.
Please clarify.
It is not possible for me to go to Chembur or Kandivali now.
Please let me know if I can use them out of Mumbai.
