No delivery of ordered products and bad customer care service

I had placed an order of leather products order No # 11141 on WWW.fetise.com on 01-05. Even after two months I didn't receive the product and I called the customer care a number of times. Finally they told that the product is not available and they have cancelled my order.

They have refunded through gift vouchers. But the worst part is it has 3 months expiry date. I have used a gift voucher while purchasing and top of it I have pay some extra amount for the order. They have redeemed two coupons for me. One is gift voucher which I have used for purchasing and the other one is the amount which I have payed extra. But I cant use both the coupons on one order. I felt very bad on this and tried calling the customer care. Calling a customer care is a great pain as no one lifts the call.

While refunding, the customer care haven't informed me about the expiry date. I have sent an email to the customer care but haven't received any reply from them.

I have purchased a number of online products from different sites but haven't seen such a worst site and worst customer care service like FETISE.COM. Please never buy a product from this site.
