No refund of money in account

1. I have purchased a TEE worth Rs.475/. and as per their policy they promised delivery in 2 weeks. i waited for more than 4 weeks and then made complaint to which they replied there is some delay in process so i will get that in 1 week. But soon they informed me that my order is cancelled due to delay and refunded my money as a VOUCHER of fetise. not in my bank account

2. Again few days later i purchased shoes worth Rs.1298/. and after 4 weeks again they replied as my order is cancelled due to unavailability

and again gave me VOUCHER of the same amount that can be redeemed on FETISE only.

they are making fool

I dont want to shop anymore on fetise

I want my money back in my account.
