Loss of mail

Dear sir,

my envelope containg two apllication forms for holy kailash manasrvor yatra 2011 has not reached to this address

this envelope is sent through your buxar branch on about 25-26 feb.2011 and have to reach on the above address till march 11 and not reached till this date and due to this negligence I have suffered a great loss. my reciept of this sent enevelope

is lost and I have contacted that buxar office but there is no relief I got.

Kindly go through this matter and inform me immedieately other wise I am going to lodge a case in local consumer court against yours for my loss for Rs.50 lacs.
