Products charged more than the MRP rate

My brother purchased electrical items for home wiring. They charged more than the MRP rate for the items. When my brother asked about this, he told that the printed MRP rate is not charged anywhere in the shops at pollachi and so told that whatever he is saying is the current rate. Also he did not give any bills but has given writing the the item and price in the quotation sheet (told as that is the bill). He has given that as the bill. The shop is located at Natraj electricals, 12, MKA Shopping complex, New scheme road, pollachi.
