Flowers Plaza
Product not delivered

Hi,

My sister booked a Rakhi on 26th july in Flowers Plaza online site that deliver's to me in chennai. And the delivery is supposed to be done by 27th july. I dint got any any response from Flowers Plaza till 28th july.i sent a mail to flowersplaza@gmail.com, but there is no response from them.

When i tried in google i got the contact number of flowers plaza and then i called to them. A lady picked the call and i told all the details regarding order number and delivery address. And then she replied me as "we will deliver the rakhi after Rakhsa Bandhan". I am shock for a while and i told to her what is the use of delivering product after raksha bandhan. She talked very rashly and cut the call.

so can u please help with this issue and make them to deliver the product by corect time.
