Payment made but order not delivered

I placed order #2883 on 25 July for $13. Even though the payment was made (i have payment as well as order confirmation) the order was under "to be shipped" for continues 6 days. When i tried to contact them they din't answer anything for 2 days and after that the order status was changed to "cancelled" without any valid reason. I spoke to Astha sharma, suneel, mukesh and neetika from their customer care team and no one properly responded and kept saying system issue. I am sick and this was an important shipment. I won't suggest anyone to buy from Hutk.com. It's a place where you would end up paying without product delivery.

Don't know if someone can help but it is to make other customers aware of this fact so that they are beware in future.
