No prober service

I have launged a service call on 02-07 for water leaking problem in my aquaflo water purifier. It is in AMC period (AMC contract no: 50000014042).

No one came till date after the commencement of service call. At present the purifier was not working from 02nd July 10. During July-02 we have made complaint in Service cell. They have given Complaint no.-8058641754 and informed us that they will attend the job by next day. We have made several calls to the service center and got the same reply that it will be attended in a day or two. They have given the service engineer Mr. Harsa's mobile number (9844334436). I have contacted him for 3 times he said next day the problem will be rectified. From next day itself he has not picking up my call. I've also informed that this problem will be taken up with the consumer court. After then no response till date.

Tell me what should i do now. Shall i file a case at consumer court.
