Future Prepaid Cards
No Refund of Money - Fruad

Hi,

I bought a future prepaid card in 2009 and charged it for Rs.6300/-. When I went in 2010 and tried buying something in koramangla big bazaar they said they cant use the card since the scheme is pulled out an dasked me to conntact the customer service.

Spoke to them several times and on their request sent my bank details and photoID proof for refund. Even after 1 yr they have not come back.

Can you please help.
