Dear Sir,
My self is Sanjeev Sharma & I am a very old customer as others millions of satisfied customers with your quality products.
Yesterday, I went a departmental store (M/s Bhatia, Sector-35 C, Chandigarh, India) & brought Gillette Presto (3 1) nos after seeing the advertisment of one free with three on the packet of the product. But Shop owner had refused for the scheme & given some nonsense excuses e.g. these blades (purchesed by me) are old billing {(@Rs 16/-} & scheme for new rated blades only even after my question of that I am taking the blades from above mentioned scheme's packet.
This is my second bad experience with this store, & as per nabhoures of the shop the store has very bad repotation between surrounding customer.
This is not the question of for Rs 16/- . May be Rs 16/- is a profit of that owner. Here my question is for your exectives, who had appointed this type of persons as your retailer. I don't know who many other shop keeper are doing the same practice but your company have not any control.
My invoice no is 101205955 dated 27th Dec-10 at 9:16:47 P.M.
I am writing this because I am in same customer care dept & know that not a single customer is registering their complaint
Now I want to know / see that you executive could take any action on this shopkeper or I will go to higher then higher then highest authority of your company.
