Before 2 month's ago we have received ONGC Share 260nos's Dividend of Rs.3900/- by chq no :-26754 dated 29/09 of Standard Chartered Bank by Warrant No :-6145122 in favor of N D Trivedi (HDFC Bank) the same account was closed, and we have submitted the same at your Ring Road Office on 03-11.We have updated our new bank account no :- 10021001004625 of Prime Co-op Bankat our DP.

No of time we have followup with Karvy's Surat office but we have not getting proper response.

If we are not receiving our Dividend in 15 days it will forced us to lauch a complaint in Consumer forum.
