NOT PROVIDING THE POSTAL ORDAR, AND TELLING LIA

DEAR SIR

I am the lecturer in P.I.E.T college in mechanical dept located on NH 1 samalkha, panipat. I need the postal order for railway recruitment. Than I went to panipat at that time from college by issuing the pass for 1 hour. In first the post office employee told that the employee who provide the postal order. Then I request the manager then he order to employee to give me [postal order. Then he (SURESH KUMAR MARATHA) told that there is no postal order available at that time and said to me you would have to come tomorrow. He was telling a lie. then I again I request to manager then he said to another employee, he provide me the postal order. In all this 2 hour passed.
