Sony projection t.v. 40"
Part not changed for last 2 months

I have 40" projection t.v.of sony .it got spoilt for which a complaint was filed in august in meerut. a person came from the service centre and on inspection said that the board is spoilt and will take about ten days for us to get the part. its been 2 months and the part has not come as yet. on enquiry in september i was told that the part had come a few days back but it was defective and now we dont know when we will get it as it is out of stock. on asking to give me the complaint no. they said that the complaint has been closed.how could they close the complaint without completing the job.

kindly look into the matter immediately otherwise i would be forced to file a case in consumer forum.
