Micromax micromax Q7
Not working from the 5th day i have purchased

I have purchased new micromas q7 from arihant mobile gallerrey from surat on 10/08/10 and it is not working properly from 17/08/10 as no keypad is not at all working. and it was accepted by service station on 14/09/10 which still i have not got back because of which i have to face lot of problem if i call them for querry they dont give me proper ans. sopls pls help me out and telll me wat to do .. my contact no 09898613113 (manan shah)
