Non Delivery of LPG Gas

Sir,

I am the customer of Hindustan Gas Agency, Adyar, Chennai. My consumer number is 31938. I want to complaint against the agency for not delevering the gas cylinder. I booked a cylinder on 27-01 by phone from my home. They told that the gas will be delivered in 2 weeks. Even after 35days it is not delivered. I contacted the office many times. Every time they told that the gas will be delivered on the next day. But they are not doing it. The big problem is contact them through phone is very very difficult. Always the phone is busy, or they are not picking the phone. Some times I was trying for 2 hours in phone to talk. While talking, the response is worst. Today again I contacted them, one lady actually shouted. I am very much pained. Please take this as the complaint and take some necessary action.
