Hindustan lever water purifier marvella
Delay in installation

I have purchased Marvella water purifier of HLL from Croma, belapur on 28th July.. The executive told me that this product will be installed within 48 Hours. But till date no one has been contacted me from hindustan lever. I have been contineously following with Croma & Hindustan lever, lodging complaints, but everytime I get the same answer that it will be installed tomorrow definately.. Very poor service from Hindustan lever. Can I return the product to Croma & get my money back???
