I have a problem with the Pure it water purifier that the water was not moving into the middle chamber.

I have lodged a complaint and then the water expert came and said the problem is with the carbon filter and needs to be cleaned for which he needs a mesh.

Till now there is no sign of him. It's been more than two weeks that we are drinking packaged drinking water from outside.

The customer service in Hyderbad is just pathetic. This is not the first time.

Several times the problem is addressed only after repeated call and complaints.

It is absolutely riduculous for a company as reputed as Hidustan Unilever to provide this kind of service to its customer.
