Non Delivery of Germkit & false messages

I have ordered a Germ Kill Battery for the Rs 2000 Model on 02/06 as RFS/448533 through the Toll free number. On 03/06 I received a message to my Mobile 9747178847 that Delivery of your order done. As delivery was not done I complained on 04/06 to the representative on phone & Complaint Nbr was C113436449. With in 2 hours I received message "Complaint C113436449 has been attended" but nothing is delivered.

They are trying to fool the Customer. Their after sale Service is "VERY HORRIBLE". I am still waiting for the delivery... Last time I had the same issue and finally after numerous complaints through internet it was delivered after a month. Now they are in the same path

THE FUNNIEST THING IS... AFTER SENDING FALSE MESSAGES TO MOBILE & WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT THEY ARE ASKING US TO SEND FEEDBACK ABOUT THEIR SERVICE!!!
