Pureit germkill kit not delivered after order it for thrice

Hi,

I have ordered a ordered a germkill kit from HUL, Pureit from their customer service. It didnt get delivered yet. I ordered again after that and complained at their customer service that it has not been delivered yet... Everytime they are replying will be delivered in 2days but nothing happens... Its been 10 days from the day I ordered for firsttime. Please look into the issue...
