Kent purifier not working

Dear sir/madam

i had puchased kent purifier model no-Kent MAXX Sr no - KR11041890 . purchage date 28 Apr 12.@ Rs 7950/- invoice no 404dated 28 aaaaaaapr12.following defects are occur.

(a) UV Lamp not working

(b) Not filtering properly.

purchaging shop- Sri sai Marketing, Shivam complex, opp- Plaza cinema Ranchi.

sir it is very grateful to you if u do needful. i complain to near kent purifier but kent engineer is not able to handle this problem. please take nessasary action. I will wait for your reply.
