Defective sear cove

I got seat cover replaced last month from Hind ware for my bathroom seat which has cracked in the centre. I feel it is manufacturing defect which the company should replace. I paid Rs. 2970/- by cheque No.054749 dated 22.6.2011 to the authorised service centre. It has put me to mental agony as such a reputed company is supplying inferior quality product.
